You can us milk 💧 water
Love salt fish. You're right about the pollock. It's no where near as nice as cod.
After tipping and tailing the beans, then you wash them, do you cook then in salted water? If so for how long?
Thank you so much now I can it
Thanks for explaining it better man someone else showed me but didnt explain at least in a way i could understand as good as you
Thank you!!
In Guyana we call it Bora
Bodi 😍😍😍😍😍 Blessed Monday my brother🙏.
Very useful channel with clear instructions. I subscribed!
Washing in pure water doesn't get rid of the pollutants on spinach. Rinsing the leaves with pure water then soaking in water with a table spoon of baking soda for at least 10 minutes ,then discarding water and rinse leaves properly make them free from contaminants.
Cool thanks.
Nice preparation
How do i get the fresh smell out of the pigtail while boiling out the salt....

Hello there! This is the first time I have seen your channel. I subscribed immediately when you said you give thanks every day and don’t need a special day to do it. God bless you, kind sir, in Jesus’ Mighty Name. 🙏🏼
Did you also there is a vein down the front of shrimp as well, the other video showed us so why aren't you taking that out
Love it! Didn’t even watch video yet 😂 I know you gonna do it right. Man just gotta put extra dumplings in it.
Hey dude thanks for the reply ,guess i was looking under the wrong name ..my apologies...anyway i got what i was looking for ...much appreciated
We usually peel of the skin first. Then fry the inner part coated with flour Like KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN. Commonly here we have fried bananas 😊
It's so good when you know someone from a country of the food that your trying to make.... They can let you know what you're doing wrong...
Can you use other type of oil? Like sunflower oil?
Hola senor. Your accent sucks! You give hispanics a really bad name! 😠
It is a habenaro...
I mean you don’t need to wash them if you’re in a modern country. Plus they are already split, so you don’t need to rinse anything off. Washing gets rid of dust, debris and pre soaks the beans. Doesn’t get rid of anything you would want to “ get rid of”. But hey some peoples cultures overtake their better intelligence
Nicely demonstrated. Thank you.
Only thing about storing them in the freezer, is that they go soft and lose their "crisp" or "crunch" after being frozen. This doesn't matter if you are using them as an ingredient in a meal, or making hot sauce...but if you want to eat one fresh for a snack, or use them fresh on a sandwich for some heat and crunchy texture....they won't have that after being frozen. Great video. Thanks for posting
Thanks for they have a good, restorative carb...❤
Don't eat anything with a fishy smell.
If you buy the pigtails in brine, you can save the brine once you have used all the pigtails. You can cure other pieces of meat in that brine.
